I have been developing website using Adobe Dreamweaver. It is an excellent tool but one needs to be an expert in coding to develop and launch the software. Since I work with a team, I did not find much difficulty with Dreamweaver. I would vote for Dreamweaver. .

Yes, I agree that Sketch is the best software for web designing. Earlier, I was using Photoshop and never used it again once I started using Sketch. The rich and user-friendly interface makes the job easier for the web designers like me.
